Shilajit, also known as "mountain bitumen," is a resinous substance harvested in the Himalayan mountains. Used for centuries in Ayurvedic medicine, it is renowned for its richness in minerals and trace elements essential to the body. We will use pure Shilajit resin here, not powder, to ensure better integration and a more refined flavor in our recipe.
This easy-to-make recipe will allow you to fully enjoy the benefits of these exceptional ingredients. So, get ready for an unforgettable taste experience!

Chef's Tips
For an even more refreshing experience, you can add a few ice cubes to the infusion before chilling it. To intensify the color, slightly increase the amount of hibiscus. If you prefer a milder shilajit flavor, start with a smaller amount and adjust to your liking. Feel free to experiment with other ingredients, such as fresh fruit or spices, to personalize your drink.
Conservation
Store your iced tea in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 2 to 3 days. The Shilajit resin may settle at the bottom of the container, which is perfectly normal.
