Delivery Issues

Package Not Received

If you have not received your package within the stated timeframe:

  2. Check your mailbox and pickup points
  3. Contact the carrier with your tracking number
  4. If no solution after 48h, contact us at support@purlema.com

Damaged Package

If you receive a damaged package:

  1. Take photos of the package and damaged product
  2. Refuse the package if possible upon delivery
  3. Contact us within 48h with photos
  4. We will send you an immediate replacement free of charge

Incorrect Address

You can change the delivery address within 2 hours after ordering by contacting us. After that time, the package will already be in preparation.

Satisfaction Guarantee or Money Back: If your product arrives damaged or does not match your order, we will replace it or fully refund you at no cost.
