  • 1/2 cup (100ml) of coconut water

  • 1 teaspoon (5g) of shilajit powder
  • 1 teaspoon (approximately 3g) of spirulina powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of grated fresh ginger
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) of pineapple juice
  • Optional: 1/2 frozen banana for extra creaminess and smoothness
  • Optional: a few ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Wash the spinach leaves thoroughly .
  2. Place all ingredients (except the optional ice cubes) in a blender.
  3. Blend until smooth and homogeneous. Add a little more coconut water if necessary to adjust the texture.
  4. If you are using ice cubes, add them at this stage and blend briefly to incorporate them.
  5. Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy immediately.
