Ingredients

For 2 people:

  • ½ cup of rolled oats
  • 1 cup of almond milk (or other plant-based milk)
  • ½ cup of water
  • 1 teaspoon of pure shilajit (check the quality and purity of your shilajit)
  • ¼ cup of raisins
  • ¼ cup dried cranberries
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon of honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • A pinch of cinnamon

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan , mix the oat flakes, almond milk, water and cinnamon.
  2. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring regularly to prevent the oats from sticking to the bottom of the pan.
  3. Once the mixture has come to a boil , reduce the heat and simmer for 5 to 7 minutes, or until the oats have absorbed the liquid and reached the desired consistency.
  4. Remove the pan from the heat and gently stir in the shilajit, mixing well to dissolve it completely.
  5. Add the raisins, dried cranberries and chopped walnuts . Mix.
  6. Pour the porridge into two bowls .
  7. Add a teaspoon of honey or maple syrup if you wish to sweeten your porridge slightly (optional).
  8. Enjoy it hot .
