Ingredients
For 2 people:
- ½ cup of rolled oats
- 1 cup of almond milk (or other plant-based milk)
- ½ cup of water
- 1 teaspoon of pure shilajit (check the quality and purity of your shilajit)
- ¼ cup of raisins
- ¼ cup dried cranberries
- 2 tablespoons of chopped walnuts
- 1 teaspoon of honey or maple syrup (optional)
- A pinch of cinnamon
Instructions
- In a saucepan , mix the oat flakes, almond milk, water and cinnamon.
- Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring regularly to prevent the oats from sticking to the bottom of the pan.
- Once the mixture has come to a boil , reduce the heat and simmer for 5 to 7 minutes, or until the oats have absorbed the liquid and reached the desired consistency.
- Remove the pan from the heat and gently stir in the shilajit, mixing well to dissolve it completely.
- Add the raisins, dried cranberries and chopped walnuts . Mix.
- Pour the porridge into two bowls .
- Add a teaspoon of honey or maple syrup if you wish to sweeten your porridge slightly (optional).
- Enjoy it hot .
