  • 100g butter

  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (thermostat 6).
  2. In a double boiler, melt the dark chocolate with the butter until you achieve a smooth mixture.

  4. Fold the melted chocolate mixture into the egg and sugar mixture.
