Ingredients

For 4 servings:

  • 300 g of pasta (spaghetti or linguine)
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of shilajit resin
  • A pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to the package instructions until al dente.
  2. While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 to 2 minutes, until golden and fragrant.
  3. Stir in the shilajit resin with the olive oil and mix well.
  4. Once the pasta is cooked, drain it, reserving a cup of the cooking water. Add the pasta to the skillet with the garlic and shilajit.
  5. Add a bit of the reserved pasta cooking water if necessary to create a creamy sauce. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if desired.
  6. Toss well to coat the pasta in the sauce. Remove from heat.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with chopped fresh parsley.
