For 1 liter of detox water:

  • 1 liter of filtered water

  2. Cut the cucumber into thin slices and the lemon into thick slices.
  3. Place the cucumber and lemon slices, along with the mint leaves, in a large pitcher.
  4. Pour 1 liter of filtered water over the mixture.
  5. Place the pitcher in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or overnight for a better infusion of flavors. The longer the drink infuses, the more intense the flavor will be.
  6. Before serving, remove a few slices of cucumber, mint and lemon to adjust the intensity of the flavor.
