Ingredients

Serves 2:

  • 200 ml of fresh organic apple juice
  • 150 ml of mineral water
  • 0.2 g of pure shilajit resin (approximately a spoonful)

  • 1 teaspoon of fresh lemon juice
  • A few ice cubes (according to preference)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the infusion : Heat the mineral water just before boiling (approximately 80°C).

  3. Allow the infusion to cool to room temperature for approximately 5 minutes.
