Ingredients

For 4 people:

  • 1 whole sea bass (about 1.2 kg), gutted
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon herbes de Provence
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley sprigs for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, lemon juice, herbes de Provence, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the sea bass on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
