Ingredients
For 4 people:
- 1 sea bream weighing about 1 kg, cleaned and scaled
- 2 lemons (one for slices, one for juice)
- 1 bunch of fresh coriander
- 1 bunch of fresh parsley
- 4 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (thermostat 6).
- In a bowl, mix the olive oil, chopped garlic, the juice of one lemon, salt, and pepper.
- Place the sea bream on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Make diagonal slashes on each side of the fish to allow the flavors to penetrate.
- Brush the sea bream with the olive oil and garlic mixture, making sure to massage the fish well.
- Slide lemon slices and fresh herbs inside the sea bream.
- Place a few slices of lemon on top of the fish.
- Bake the sea bream for about 25 to 30 minutes, or until the flesh is opaque and flakes easily.
