For 4 people:

  • 1 kg of potatoes (Charlotte or Amandine variety)
  • 50 ml of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of shilajit resin
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F).
  2. Peel the potatoes and cut them into wedges or cubes, according to your preference.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the potatoes with the olive oil, shilajit resin, salt, pepper, and paprika until they are well coated.
  4. Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, ensuring they do not overlap.

  6. Bake for about 40 to 45 minutes, stirring halfway through, until they are golden and crispy.
