Ingredients

For 1 person:

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 handful of red berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)
  • 150 ml of almond milk (or other plant-based milk)
  • 1 teaspoon of almond butter (or other nut butter)
  • 1 Medjool date (pitted)
  • An amount of shilajit the size of a grain of rice (approximately 100-200mg) – Important: Use only shilajit resin, not powder.
  • A few ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preparing the ingredients: Slice the banana into rounds and make sure the date is pitted.
  2. Assembly: Place all ingredients (banana, red berries, almond milk, almond butter, date, shilajit and ice cubes if desired) in a blender.
  3. Blending: Blend at maximum speed until smooth and creamy. Adjust the amount of almond milk if necessary to achieve the desired texture.
