- 1/4 teaspoon of fresh lemon juice (optional, to enhance the flavor)
- A pinch of cinnamon (optional, for a warm note)
Instructions
- Heat the water (or almond milk) over low heat, without letting it boil. The ideal temperature is around 60-70°C.
- While the water is heating, prepare your dose of shilajit. If you are using shilajit resin, dissolve it in a small amount of hot water (about 1 tablespoon) until it is completely dissolved. Make sure there are no solid pieces left.
