Ingredients
For 1 liter of Shilajit-infused Kombucha:
- 1 liter of kombucha (homemade or store-bought)
- 150-200mg of shilajit resin (high quality, purified)
- 1 tablespoon of honey (optional, to sweeten)
- A few slices of lemon or ginger (optional, for flavouring)
Instructions
- Preparing Shilajit: In a small cup, dissolve the shilajit resin in a tablespoon of warm water. Stir gently until completely dissolved. Make sure no residue remains.
- Mixing: Pour the kombucha into a carafe or glass bottle.
- Incorporating Shilajit: Add the dissolved shilajit solution to the kombucha.
