Ingredients
Per serving:
- 50g of oat flakes
- 1 egg
- 50ml of milk (cow, almond, soy...)
- 1 tablespoon of applesauce (no added sugar)
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon (optional)
- A pinch of salt
- A knob of butter (to grease the mug)
- A very small portion of Purlema shilajit resin (approximately the size of a grain of rice)
- Fresh seasonal fruit (raspberries, blueberries, bananas...)
- Chopped walnuts, chia seeds (for topping)
Instructions
- Lightly grease a large mug with butter.
- In a bowl, mix the oats, egg, milk, applesauce, baking powder, cinnamon (if using), and salt. Add the Purlema' shilajit resin and mix well to dissolve.
- Pour the mixture into the mug.
