Ingredients

For 2 cups:

  • 1 gram of pure shilajit resin (not powder)
  • 500 ml of hot water
  • 20 grams of fresh ginger (approximately 2 cm of root)
  • 2 tablespoons of natural honey, preferably organic
  • The juice of half a lemon (optional for a touch of freshness)

Instructions

  1. Wash and peel the ginger , then grate it finely to extract all the aromas.
  2. Heat the 500 ml of water until boiling, then remove from the heat.
  3. Add the grated ginger to the hot water and let it steep for 8 to 10 minutes, cover to retain the aromas.
  4. Strain the infusion to remove the pieces of ginger and pour the flavored water into a cup.
  5. Gently stir the shilajit resin into the hot infusion. Stir vigorously until completely dissolved.
  6. Add the honey and lemon juice if desired, then mix well until the honey is melted.
  7. Enjoy it warm to fully benefit from the revitalizing properties and a comforting sensation.

Chef's Tips

For a more intense flavor, steep the ginger for up to 15 minutes. Avoid boiling the shilajit directly to preserve its valuable properties.

Conservation
